Azodicarbonamide-based masterbatch for the expansion of LDPE film.
EXPANSOR PE 00347
Masterbatch based on an expanding agent with endothermic reaction.
It is ideal for use with white or pastel shade LDPE films, as it does not affect the final chromatic effect of the end-product, nor does it leave any waste on the extruder head. During processing, a low number of screw revolutions and a minimum temperature of 160°C are recommended.
EXPANSOR GP 01060
Masterbatch based on azodicarbonamide, dispersed in a universal carrier and compatible with most thermoplastic resins. Suitable for injection moulding and extrusion of sheets and profiles.
EXPANSOR PE 01781A
Masterbatch based on an endothermic additive. Designed for the expansion of polyolefine films, it is particularly suitable for the production of PP expanded tapes. For an improved control of the expansion, the addition of PE SYNERGIC 00712 is recommended.
EXPANSOR PE 02584
Masterbatch based on an endothermic additive, specifically designed for injection moulding.
It is especially recommended for the manufacture of synthetic corks with a simulated cork effect (LDPE, EVA).
EXPANSOR RF/G 00358
Masterbatch based on azodicarbonamide, designed for the injection moulding and extrusion of styrene resins. The carrier aids the expanding agent, facilitating the solubilisation in the plastic material and the obtention of fine grain expansion cells.
EXPANSOR NY 01349
Masterbatch based on an exothermic expanding agent specific for polyamides. This masterbatch can be used in both PA 6 and PA 6,6 (natural and reinforced) extrusion and injection moulding.
